Troy Fest Design

Mrs. Goff sent a form home for each student to draw a design for the 2012 TroyFest t-shirt.  You will find the form with all the guidelines in your child's folder.  These should  be returned to school by Tuesday, February 28 not on Wednesday, February 29 as the form states.

Read Across America

We will be attending the movie theater to see The Lorax in 3D on Friday, March 2 at 10:00 in celebration of Read Across America/Dr. Seuss Day. The cost is $13.50 and is due by Tuesday, February 28. This will cover the cost of the ticket and a kid's tray. I will need parents/grandparents to transport us. You may join us in seeing the movie or just transport. The cost is the same for adults and is due at the same time.

Students will be giving a book report on a Dr. Seuss book. They will bring a book and report form home today. Reports are due on Thursday, March 1. Each student will dress to match a character in his/her book. There will also be a "Who Am I?" sheet to write a riddle about a favorite Seuss character. It can be one from his/her book or any of the Seuss characters. Riddle is due Wednesday, February 29.

Valentines

You do not have to send Valentines for the other class, but may if you want.  If you do choose to send Valentines for both classes, you must send a card for every child.  I will send the list of names home this afternoon.
